Strong Mind. Strong Body - Wellness Experience (March 29)

Strong Mind. Strong Body. is an intimate wellness experience hosted inside Confidence Apparel at Navy Pier, created for women who care about strength, mental clarity, and building a body that supports the life they're called to live.

This is where women gather who:

• Move with intention

• Protect their peace

• Prioritize mental wellness

• Believe strength can be soft and powerful at the same time

 -Class start promptly at 9am 

- 45 min sculpt and tone

- Bring yoga mat
